The images displayed on the website may not show the actual size of the products. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are for guidance only.

ORDERS
Orders placed on [email protected] will be subject to acceptance in accordance to the terms and conditions.

On placing the order and checking out, you are making an offer to accept the goods at the stated price subject to the terms and conditions.

If a customer places multiple orders within a 100 day period, only the last ordered item is eligible for a complete exchange.

If an item is purchased during any promotional scheme (other than discount on pricing) that includes complimentary gifts from CH Designs Fine Jewelry, the customer is expected to return/exchange the gifts along with the original purchased item.

On acceptance, we will send you an order acknowledgement which will have all your order details agreed by you at the time of placing the order. However, such acknowledgement will not be treated as a binding contract and the order will not be treated as ‘accepted’ for the following reasons:

– Payment not authorized

– Partial payment pending

– Products out of stock

– Error on the website with respect to the stated price amount

– Order being cancelled

RETURN POLICY
For return policy to be applicable, the jewelry needs to reach us on or before the 100th day from when it was delivered (both days inclusive).

The product should have the original security tag, packaging and certificate intact in the same conditions as was delivered by Joiel Fine Jewelry Design. If the security tag on your jewelry is broken or not attached to your jewelry properly, please do let us know within three days of receiving your jewelry.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
We take the payment at the time the order is placed, the card details will be verified by the merchant bank for security purposes.

We accept major credit cards like Amex, JCB, Master Card and Visa.

Products are not shipped until and unless complete payment is received for the order placed.

LIABILITY
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

We ensure timely delivery of the products, but in an event where we cannot deliver the products due to some unforeseen events, in such a case we shall strive to contact you in order to reschedule the delivery time. Joiel Fine Jewelry Design does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date specified in the order confirmation and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of failure of timely delivery.

Joiel Fine Jewelry Design total liability will be limited ‘only’ to the total price of the products ordered by you.

Joiel Fine Jewelry Design does not bear any liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising from any breach of any express or implied guarantee. This includes financial loss, personal injury, sickness and death.

Joiel Fine Jewelry Design does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third person, who is not authorized by Joiel Fine Jewelry Design.

You must observe and comply with all the applicable regulations and legislations, including all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase from our website. The importation or exportation of the products displayed on the website may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import or export of the products you purchase.
